Mode d'emploi et posologie

Take 1–3 soft gelatin capsules per day, preferably with a meal, swallowed with plenty of water, for best effect. Duration of use: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days. Suitable from age 12 (ages 12–18: maximum 1 capsule per day).
