Ostrovit ADEK delivers a precise combination of four essential fat-soluble vitamins — A, D, E and K — in a single convenient tablet. Each serving provides 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value for Vitamins A, E and K, alongside a substantial 2000 IU (50 µg) of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), supporting a broad range of everyday physiological functions.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. Ingrédients

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (from lanolin) (vitamin D), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), menachinon-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto (soy), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Mode d'emploi et posologie

Adults – take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily, preferably after a meal.

It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the doctor or pharmacist before use. The product is intended for healthy adults under 75 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Recommended are balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, nursing mothers and persons taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Keep out of the reach of children.
