Each 5 mL teaspoon serving provides 4,600 mg of Norwegian fish oil, yielding 1,600 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids in natural triglyceride form. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
