Mode d'emploi et posologie

Add your desired serving to a heat-safe bowl. Whilst stirring continuously, slowly add boiling water or milk until your preferred consistency is achieved. Alternatively, add to a shaker or blender with your chosen liquid and blend until smooth. One serving approx. 50g with 150ml–200ml of boiling water or milk.
