Mode d'emploi et posologie
Mélangez une cuillère bombée (25 g) avec 500 ml d'eau et agitez bien jusqu'à dissolution complète. À consommer environ 15 minutes avant l'entraînement. Ne pas dépasser la dose recommandée.
