MaryRuth’s Vitamin D3+K2 Spray delivers two essential fat-soluble vitamins in a convenient, unflavoured liquid spray format. Each serving of 8 sprays provides 20 mcg (800 IU) of Vitamin D3 as Cholecalciferol and 80 mcg of Vitamin K2 as Menaquinone-7 (MK-7), suspended in organic olive oil for optimal absorption. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting — both are authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Vitamin D also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function, and the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Together, these two vitamins are a well-regarded combination for supporting bone health and overall wellbeing as part of a varied and balanced diet.

Shake well before use. Once daily, spray directly into mouth. Infants (6–12 months): up to 4 sprays (Vitamin D3: 10 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 40 mcg). Children (1–13 years): up to 6 sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg). Adults (14+ years): up to 8 sprays / 1 ml (Vitamin D3: 20 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 80 mcg). Pregnant/Lactating: up to 6 sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg).
