Natur Tanya Rose Hips Seed Oil is a pure, GMO-free cold-pressed oil derived from the seeds of Rosa canina L. With 76.39 g of polyunsaturated fatty acids per 100 g, including Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, this 50 ml bottle is suitable for both internal and external use.
The oil contains a naturally occurring amount of Vitamin E. It can be added to food, for example drizzled over salads, stirred into meals, or applied topically as part of a daily routine.
Produced without GMOs and free from unnecessary additives, this single-ingredient oil is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and those following gluten-free or lactose-free diets. It is suitable for both culinary and topical use.

Mode d'emploi et posologie
Internal use: 3 × 1 teaspoon per day on its own, or before and during meals (added to favourite food, e.g. salad, eggs). External use: Apply directly to skin, massage thinly into face, neck, décolletage or other body parts. Can also be used as an ingredient in anti-wrinkle creams and serums.
