Each serving of three tablets delivers 1,068 mg of Glucosamine HCl, 1,200 mg of Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, and 700 mg of MSM (as the premium OptiMSM® form of methylsulfonylmethane), alongside 60 mg of Vitamin C in the gentle, highly bioavailable Ester-C® (calcium ascorbate) form.
