Mode d'emploi et posologie
Vaporisateur/Brûleur : Ajoutez 6 à 8 gouttes d'huile essentielle dans un diffuseur ou un brûleur. Inhalation : Ajoutez 3 à 5 gouttes d'huile essentielle dans un bol d'eau très chaude, puis inhalez les vapeurs pendant 5 à 10 minutes (inhalation réservée aux enfants de plus de 10 ans). Massage : Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of blending oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath : Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil, swirl into water.
