Mode d'emploi et posologie

Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of blending oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath : Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil, swirl into water.
