Mode d'emploi et posologie
Vaporisateur/Brûleur : Ajoutez 6 à 8 gouttes d'huile essentielle dans un diffuseur ou un brûleur. Inhalation : Ajoutez 3 à 5 gouttes d'huile essentielle dans un bol d'eau très chaude, puis inhalez les vapeurs pendant 5 à 10 minutes (inhalation réservée aux enfants de plus de 10 ans). Massage : Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba. Bath : Ajoutez 4 à 6 gouttes d'huile essentielle à 20 ml d'huile de support, puis mélangez le tout dans de l'eau.

DO NOT induce vomiting. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
