100% Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil
Mode d'emploi et posologie
Vaporisateur/Brûleur : Ajoutez 6 à 8 gouttes d'huile essentielle dans un diffuseur ou un brûleur.
Inhalation (facial steam): Add 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Not suitable for asthmatics via inhalation — use in a diffuser instead. Inhalation by steam not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Massage : Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil.
Bath : Ajoutez 4 à 6 gouttes d'huile essentielle à 20 ml d'huile de support, puis mélangez le tout dans de l'eau.
