Mode d'emploi et posologie

Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water and inhale vapour for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalations not recommended for children under 10). Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba. Bath : Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
